Google Talk 1.3: Video and voice chat app extracted from Android 2.3.4 Posted: 01 May 2011 10:34 AM PDT Google is working hard to bring the highly demanded voice and video chat feature onto Android 2.3.4 version. This feature will be available on Google Nexus S. Other Android smartphones need to wait until their respective manufacturers push Android 2.3.4 on their phones. If you are not patient enough you can update it manually to your Android devices, thanks to Britoso who managed to extract Google Talk 1.3 out of Android 2.3.4. Here are the steps to install Google Talk 1.3 if you have Android 2.3 & above running and rooted phone. (download link at the bottom of post).
